Hello

My name is Carey Baldwin and I live in Colorado. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and began my career working as a clinical dietitian in the hospital helping high risk patients with Medical Nutrition Therapy. When my children started to come I took a break from full-time work to focus on raising my kids. I never stopped learning and growing in my passion for helping people with their nutritional needs. I am now back at work and am focusing my time on helping individuals who struggle with disordered eating. As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I am passionate about helping my clients reject diet culture and make peace with food and their bodies. We spend too much time worrying about food and how we look. I'm anxious to help you reclaim that time and find joy in who you are and what you put into your body.
